    Tell us what you install

    Share your region, customers and screen configurations. Suppliers in Belgium and the Netherlands and international integrators are welcome to apply.

    Agree on the technical setup and terms

    We discuss the Windows PC, screen resolution, video output and LED processor, then agree on commercial terms and responsibilities.

  3. 03

    Start with a pilot project

    Choose a first installation together. Test output and controls before handover. After that you register new clubs yourself in the partner portal.

Partner pricing, volumes, billing, demonstration setups and support are agreed individually. Applying carries no commitment; resale begins after separate terms have been agreed.

Partnership questions

Can we sell the software with our screens?

That is the aim: include ArenaCue in your installation offering. For each partnership, we agree who supplies, invoices and manages the end customer's software licence.

Does ArenaCue work with every LED installation?

Compatibility is checked beforehand. The software runs on a suitable Windows PC; the signal chain, resolution, mapping and processor must match the intended output. Send us your setup specifications.

Who handles installation and support?

Our proposal is for the supplier to handle screens and installation, with ArenaCue providing software. Configuration, customer training and first-line contact are agreed before the first project.

Are there fixed partner discounts or minimum purchases?

This page sets no standard discount or minimum purchase. We discuss terms based on your projects and the type of partnership you want.
