Not instead of the PC — beside it
The match PC stays in charge: database, display and sponsor rotation run there. ArenaCue Mobile sends commands to that PC. You use the phone on the touchline or in the dug-out, not as a second loose clock.
On LAN you scan a QR from the control panel. The cloud bridge is optional when the desktop has a licence with cloud control; then the phone does not need the same Wi-Fi.
There is an operator role and a viewer role. The phone camera is only for the QR; ArenaCue does not store camera footage. iOS is not in the current package. Club Scoreboard: €99 per month excl. VAT.

LAN: QR on the venue network
The desktop shows a pairing code. The app opens the local bridge. This fits when stadium Wi-Fi or Ethernet is stable and everyone is on the same network.

When the desktop is online and the licence issues cloud control, the app pairs through arenacue.be. Useful for a second operator who is not on stadium Wi-Fi.
What you do from the phone
Score, periods, clock and the sport counters that belong to the profile: timeouts, team fouls, shot-clock resets, hockey penalties. Goals, cards and substitutions use the same commands as the desk.
Download from the customer portal
The Android APK sits with an active licence in the portal. Allow installs from unknown sources. The app is not a separate subscription; it belongs to Club Scoreboard.

- Is there an iPhone app?
- Not yet. ArenaCue Mobile is Android. The Windows desk stays the main panel; iOS is not in the current package.
- Does the app work without internet?
- On LAN yes: QR, local network, no cloud. Cloud control needs internet on phone and desktop. The match itself runs locally on the PC.
- Can a spectator watch without controlling?
- Yes. The viewer role reads state; the operator role sends commands. Share the operator PIN only with people who may write.
- Does the app cost extra?
- No. It is in Club Scoreboard (€99/month excl. VAT, two Windows activations). You download the APK from the portal with an active licence.
