Sponsor rotation that follows the contract, not an endless loop
From a package to concrete seconds
Clubs often sell “visibility on the screen” without saying when. ArenaCue turns the package into a budget per phase. Pre-match and half-time are different minutes from the first half.
Clips play out in full. A goal, card or substitution pauses the current clip; rotation then resumes. The operator sees in the HUD who should be on screen, how long the clip has left and how much budget is spent.
When the budget is used you choose: back to the scoreboard or a playlist. Proof-of-play logs finished plays. Club Scoreboard: €99 per month excl. VAT, no separate sponsor plan.

Budget in seconds per phase
Pre-match, first half, interval, second half, after the match. That follows how you sell packages. A title sponsor gets more seconds at half-time; smaller partners share the playing half.
- Seconds per sponsor per phase
- Several clips per sponsor
- Phase tags on media when needed
- No fixed 60-second loop
Beside the scoreboard or fullscreen
During play the sponsor runs in the L-bar or the free layout box. Pre-match, interval and after the match can be fullscreen. A match sponsor can own the whole surface just before kick-off.
Pause and resume on moments
A goal visual, card, substitution or scheduled media stops the clip. Resume continues where the clip was. Score and clock stay correct; the media loop waits.
Manual or on the clock
The operator starts a loose clip when the stand asks. Scheduled cues fire media at an exact match time. Playlists fill idle, pre-match and interval.
Frequently asked questions about sponsor rotation
- Is this the same as LED boarding?
- No. This rotation belongs to the stadium screen beside or over the scoreboard. Perimeter and stand LED is the separate LED Boarding app, with zones. Two licences.
- Can I start a clip by hand?
- Yes. Automatic spread is the default; a loose sponsor or media clip starts when you need it. Cues fire at a set match time.
- What happens when the budget is gone?
- You choose: back to the scoreboard or a fallback playlist. The HUD shows spend during the match.
- Is this in the Club plan?
- Yes. €99 per month excl. VAT, two Windows activations. Proof-of-play export is in the same package.
