Seconds, not a promise on a slide
A sponsor contract often promises minutes on the stadium screen. Without a log that stays a guess. ArenaCue writes every clip that played out to a ledger: who, how long, which phase.
Goals, cards and substitutions pause the current clip; rotation then resumes. Only finished plays count for the report. That is the difference from a playlist that “did run”.
Export is in Club Scoreboard (€99 per month excl. VAT). No dearer plan for reporting. Stadium is extra service, not a feature lock. Data stays local; a venue backup takes the ledger with you.

What is logged
Every finished play: sponsor, clip, phase (pre-match, half, interval, after the match) and seconds. The live HUD shows during the match who should be on screen and how much budget is spent.

You export per sponsor. PDF for the folder with the invoice, Excel for the commercial table. Club branding on the report is set in the panel.
Pause on match moments
A goal or overlay stops the clip. Resume does not count as a second play until the clip finishes again. The report stays honest against the contract.
Not the same as LED boarding
This ledger belongs to the stadium screen (scoreboard plus sponsor beside it or fullscreen). Perimeter LED is the separate LED Boarding app, with its own zones. Two products, two licences.
Frequently asked questions about proof-of-play
- What is proof-of-play?
- Evidence of which sponsor clips actually ran on screen, with seconds per phase. ArenaCue logs finished plays and exports PDF or Excel per sponsor.
- Does an interrupted clip count?
- A clip that pauses on a goal and then finishes belongs to that play. A clip that never ends does not count as a finished play.
- Do I need a dearer plan for export?
- No. PDF and Excel are in Club Scoreboard (€99/month excl. VAT). Stadium is service/SLA, not a reporting upsell.
- Where does the data live?
- Locally on the match PC. A venue backup (ZIP of database and media) moves the ledger to another PC.
