Music, Stream Deck, capture and announcements in the same app
No second tool for the side table
Many clubs put a USB stick in a loose media player, a second laptop for announcements and a loose capture for the camera. ArenaCue keeps that in the control panel beside clock and sponsors.
Music imports MP3, WAV, OGG, FLAC, M4A or AAC into the user folder. Play, pause, volume, repeat and a chosen sound card. Stream Deck keys cover clock, score, blackout and livestream. External capture puts camera, screen or window fullscreen on the display.
The countdown to the planned start disappears when the match begins. Announcements arrive as a bar or ticker, with saved lines and a red style for urgency. Club Scoreboard: €99 per month excl. VAT.

Local music, no streaming platform
Files are copied into the app folder; the playlist survives a panel restart, not a PC reboot in a playing state. No Spotify link. Video sound and the horn do not mix automatically.
- Import of common audio files
- Output per sound card
- Visibility per screen profile
- Included in the venue backup
Stream Deck and shortcuts
Physical keys for start/pause of the clock, score, blackout and livestream actions. The same commands as the panel; not a second source of truth.
Camera or screen on the display
External capture shows a camera, another screen or a window fullscreen on the stadium display. Useful for an interview or a replay without leaving the score app.
Countdown, ticker and another PC
Count down to the planned start. Announcements with duration and saved lines. The operator picks the monitor. A venue backup is one ZIP with database and all media; restore restarts the app with those files.
Frequently asked questions about operator tools
- Can I connect Spotify?
- No. Music is local: you import files. There is no streaming platform. Imports travel in the venue backup.
- Which Stream Deck works?
- Keys in the app send the same commands as the panel (clock, score, blackout, livestream). A connected Stream Deck uses those slots; you do not need a second licence.
- How do I move to a new PC?
- Make a venue backup on the old PC, install ArenaCue, activate the licence and restore the ZIP. The app restarts with database and media.
- Is this in Club Scoreboard?
- Yes. €99 per month excl. VAT, two Windows activations. No separate operator pack.
