Frequently asked questions

Do I need scoreboard and LED boarding separately?: Yes. They are two Windows apps, each with its own licence and subscription. Many clubs run both side by side on matchday.
Is there an annual plan or one-time licence?: No. Both products are monthly via Stripe, cancellable any time via the customer portal.
Can I try first?: Yes. Request a demo — where possible you get a temporary licence for scoreboard or LED boarding on your own setup.
Why no bundle discount?: Each product has one fixed price without tiers. You know upfront what scoreboard and perimeter LED cost, without hidden upsells.
How do I cancel?: Via the customer portal — separately per subscription in Stripe.
