Is Signage the same as the scoreboard?

No. Scoreboard is the match display (score, clock, live sponsors). Signage is for screens that stay on all day: cafeteria, entrance, concourse.

Does Signage replace LED boarding?

No. LED boarding drives perimeter and stand LED from a Windows PC on matchday. Signage drives ordinary TVs and displays from the cloud.

How do I connect a screen?

In the dashboard you create a display and enter a pairing code on the Windows player or at arenacue.be/signage/tv.

Does it work without internet?

The dashboard and smart TV need internet. The Windows player keeps cached playlists running, with a 14-day offline grace period. After the licence ends, the last cache keeps playing; new content no longer syncs.

Where do I buy extra screens?

In the Signage dashboard, under Displays. Pricing is per screen per month, excl. VAT, cancellable monthly.
