The price is €149/month excl. VAT; VAT is handled according to your details at Stripe.
After payment you receive a licence key by email and access to the customer portal with download.
Your licence stays active while the subscription runs; updates and support while your subscription is active.
You can cancel any time via the customer portal. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.

Frequently asked questions

Is the scoreboard included?: No. This page is for ArenaCue LED boarding. The live scoreboard and sponsor rotation on the stadium screen are in ArenaCue Scoreboard — a separate subscription.
Can I combine scoreboard and LED?: Yes. Many clubs run both apps side by side on matchday. You then need two licences (scoreboard + LED), each with its own subscription or demo.
Can I try first?: Yes. Request a demo — where possible you get a temporary licence to try LED boarding on your own processors and screen width.
Does it fit narrow perimeter ribbons?: Yes. Zones support narrow resolutions (e.g. 1920×72) up to 16:9 stands; playlists and export are per zone.
