You complete payment on Stripe. Businesses can enter their VAT number there. Consumers see the price including 21% VAT. You can cancel later via the customer portal.

Good to know

You buy a rolling monthly subscription to ArenaCue LED boarding (not Scoreboard).
The price is €149/month excl. VAT (€180.29 incl. 21% VAT). Businesses settle VAT through their Stripe details.
The contract starts on successful payment. You then receive a licence key by email and customer-portal access.
Your licence stays active until the end of the paid period; updates and support last while the subscription runs.
You can cancel any time via the customer portal. The current prepaid month is not refunded unless the law requires it.

Frequently asked questions

Is the scoreboard included?: No. This page is for ArenaCue LED boarding. The live scoreboard and sponsor rotation on the stadium screen are in ArenaCue Scoreboard — a separate subscription.
Can I combine scoreboard and LED?: Yes. Many clubs run both apps side by side on matchday. You then need two licences (scoreboard + LED), each with its own subscription or demo.
Can I try first?: Yes. Request a demo — where possible you get a temporary licence to try LED boarding on your own processors and screen width.
Does it fit narrow perimeter ribbons?: Yes. Zones support narrow resolutions (e.g. 1920×72) up to 16:9 stands; playlists and export are per zone.
